Order Delivery
Within Kuwait
- Orders will be delivered through a certified delivery company with fees based on the area for each delivery operation.
- Deliveries are usually completed within one to two working days, depending on order volume, and we make every effort to deliver orders as soon as possible.
- Upon payment completion, customers receive a confirmation email with an order reference. Regular updates on order status will be sent to allow tracking.
- The order will be delivered either to the customer who made the payment or to another recipient as specified in the checkout page address details. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Outside Kuwait
- Orders will be delivered via international shipping companies, with fees determined based on the destination country and address.
- Deliveries are made based on the shipping option selected by the customer at checkout.

Warranty
- Boost Warranty:
- This warranty applies only to eligible products (aFe Power, Mishimoto, Sprint Booster, J&L, and Tru-Cool) if installed at Boost Auto Parts’ workshop.
- The warranty becomes void if the product is installed at a non-certified workshop.
- The warranty covers manufacturer defects only, including installation and removal.
- In case of a defect, the customer must bring the vehicle for inspection and testing. If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, the product will either be repaired or replaced.
- This warranty applies only to eligible products (aFe Power, Mishimoto, Sprint Booster, J&L, and Tru-Cool) if installed at Boost Auto Parts’ workshop.
- Manufacturer Warranty:
- This applies to products not installed at Boost Auto Parts’ workshop.
- Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claim without the involvement of Boost Auto Parts in the process as manufacturer warranty terms vary and are subject to the specific conditions set by the manufacturer.

Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
- Change of mind (no longer needing or wanting the product).
- Accidental purchase of the wrong product despite an accurate product description.
- Any other reason not caused by Boost Auto Parts.
Return & Exchange Process:
- Customers will bear the shipping costs (both local and international) for returns and exchanges.
- Customers can also visit the showroom, where our team will assist with processing returns or exchanges.
International Orders:
- Customers are advised to coordinate with their local logistics carrier for return shipping.
- A shipping quote from logistics partners (DHL, FedEx) can be provided upon request.
Refund Processing:
- Returned products undergo inspection before final approval.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Boost Auto Parts aims to ensure customers receive the correct and high-quality products. However, damages during shipping or manufacturer defects may occasionally occur.
Important Instructions:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or flawed item (not due to your mistake), do not use, install, alter, or repair the product, as this will void your return eligibility.
- Contact our customer service team immediately, providing photos or videos of the issue for evaluation.
Return & Exchange Process for Defective Items:
- If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it (additional proof such as images/videos may be required).
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will process an exchange or replacement.
Return Timeframe:
- Defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- If the damage occurred during shipping, Boost Auto Parts will arrange for courier pickup.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Additional requirements may apply for large freight shipments.
