Return and Exchange Policy

Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Valid Reasons for Returns:

  • Change of mind (no longer needing or wanting the product).

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong product despite an accurate product description.

  • Any other reason not caused by Boost Auto Parts.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Customers will bear the shipping costs (both local and international) for returns and exchanges.

  • Customers can also visit the showroom, where our team will assist with processing returns or exchanges.

International Orders:

  • Customers are advised to coordinate with their local logistics carrier for return shipping.

  • A shipping quote from logistics partners (DHL, FedEx) can be provided upon request.

Refund Processing:

  • Returned products undergo inspection before final approval.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Boost Auto Parts aims to ensure customers receive the correct and high-quality products. However, damages during shipping or manufacturer defects may occasionally occur.

Important Instructions:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or flawed item (not due to your mistake), do not use, install, alter, or repair the product, as this will void your return eligibility.

  • Contact our customer service team immediately, providing photos or videos of the issue for evaluation.

Return & Exchange Process for Defective Items:

  • If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it (additional proof such as images/videos may be required).

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will process an exchange or replacement.

Return Timeframe:

  • Defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • If the damage occurred during shipping, Boost Auto Parts will arrange for courier pickup.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Additional requirements may apply for large freight shipments.
