Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
- Change of mind (no longer needing or wanting the product).
- Accidental purchase of the wrong product despite an accurate product description.
- Any other reason not caused by Boost Auto Parts.
Return & Exchange Process:
- Customers will bear the shipping costs (both local and international) for returns and exchanges.
- Customers can also visit the showroom, where our team will assist with processing returns or exchanges.
International Orders:
- Customers are advised to coordinate with their local logistics carrier for return shipping.
- A shipping quote from logistics partners (DHL, FedEx) can be provided upon request.
Refund Processing:
- Returned products undergo inspection before final approval.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Boost Auto Parts aims to ensure customers receive the correct and high-quality products. However, damages during shipping or manufacturer defects may occasionally occur.
Important Instructions:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or flawed item (not due to your mistake), do not use, install, alter, or repair the product, as this will void your return eligibility.
- Contact our customer service team immediately, providing photos or videos of the issue for evaluation.
Return & Exchange Process for Defective Items:
- If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it (additional proof such as images/videos may be required).
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will process an exchange or replacement.
Return Timeframe:
- Defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- If the damage occurred during shipping, Boost Auto Parts will arrange for courier pickup.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Additional requirements may apply for large freight shipments.
